Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeframes
  • 24 hours or more before scheduled pickup — Full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • 2 to 24 hours before scheduled pickup — 50% refund of total fare charged.
  • Less than 2 hours before scheduled pickup — No refund.
  • No-show (driver arrives, passenger not present) — No refund. Minimum fare applies.
How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, contact us by phone at 877.750.2550 or 716.685.2550, available 24 hours a day. Please have your booking reference number ready. Cancellations cannot be accepted via email or text message alone — a confirmation from our staff is required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. You will receive a refund confirmation by email. Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your pickup time, address, or passenger count, please call us as early as possible. Modifications may affect your fare. We will always confirm any fare changes with you before processing.

  • Link by Stripe (one-click checkout for returning customers)
  • Text payment link — staff can send a secure payment link to your mobile number

Payment Processing & Card Data

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC does not collect, store, view, or have access to your full card number, expiration date, or CVV at any time. Your card data is encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe.

Tolls

Estimated toll costs are included in your quoted fare based on your route. Actual toll amounts are reconciled after your trip. If actual tolls differ from the estimate, the difference will be charged or refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Sales Tax

New York State sales tax applies to trips where both the pickup and dropoff locations are within New York State. The applicable rate is determined by the county of your pickup location. Out-of-state and cross-border trips are not subject to NYS sales tax.

Tips

Tips are optional and not included in your quoted fare. They may be added at booking during checkout, or after your trip via the link in your post-trip receipt email. 100% of tips go directly to your driver.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for any marketing or commercial purpose. We share your information only as strictly necessary to fulfill your booking — for example, providing your name and phone number to your assigned driver — or as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain booking records for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at sales@buffaloairportshuttle.com, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Cookies

Our booking site uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Google Maps is used for address autocomplete and route calculation.

Terms of Service

Service Description

Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC operates Buffalo Airport Shuttle, a private ground transportation service serving Buffalo Niagara International Airport, Niagara Falls, Toronto, and Western New York. We provide door-to-door, pre-booked transportation. We are not a rideshare service, taxi, or public carrier.

Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment processing and receipt of a confirmation email with a booking reference number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Trips Over 100 Miles

Online booking is available for trips up to 100 miles. For trips exceeding 100 miles, you may submit your trip details and receive a quote online. Payment will not be collected until our office contacts you directly to confirm availability.

Passenger Responsibilities
  • Be ready at your pickup location at the scheduled time. A 15-minute grace period applies.
  • Possess all required travel documents for your trip, including passports for cross-border travel.
  • Notify us as early as possible of any known delays.
Cross-Border Travel

For trips crossing the US-Canada border, passengers are solely responsible for possessing valid travel documents and complying with customs and immigration requirements. Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC is not responsible for border delays, denied entry, or document-related issues.

Liability

Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC carries commercial liability insurance as required by law. Our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our negligence. We are not liable for missed flights, missed appointments, or consequential damages resulting from traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in Erie County, New York.

Accessibility Policy

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles

We operate wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) equipped with lifts or ramps and certified securement systems. WAV service is available for passengers who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices. WAV trips are always privately reserved — no shared stops — to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers requiring accessible transportation.

How to Request a WAV

Select "Wheelchair accessible vehicle" on the booking form. We will contact you to confirm vehicle availability and discuss any specific needs prior to your trip. For multiple wheelchair passengers, please call us directly at 877.750.2550.
