To cancel a booking, contact us by phone at 877.750.2550 or 716.685.2550, available 24 hours a day. Please have your booking reference number ready. Cancellations cannot be accepted via email or text message alone — a confirmation from our staff is required.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. You will receive a refund confirmation by email. Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
If you need to modify your pickup time, address, or passenger count, please call us as early as possible. Small fare differences (no more than the greater of $10 or 5% of the fare) are absorbed automatically in your favor. The price you are quoted is the price you pay for the trip as booked. If you later change your trip or add bags, we will send you any difference for your approval before we collect it. There are no hidden fees: we never automatically charge a saved card for those changes.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC does not collect, store, view, or have access to your full card number, expiration date, or CVV at any time. Your card data is encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe.

Tolls are on us. Any tolls along your route are included in your fare at no extra charge — there is no separate toll line item and no post-trip toll reconciliation.
New York State sales tax applies to trips where both the pickup and dropoff locations are within New York State. The applicable rate is determined by the county of your pickup location. Out-of-state and cross-border trips are not subject to NYS sales tax.
Each passenger adds 2 bags to one pooled party allowance. Everyone also gets one personal item each to sit in your lap. Additional bags are $20 each. Special items — golf clubs, skis or a snowboard, a large instrument, or a stroller — are $20 each; something else large is reviewed with staff before travel. Staff use 62 inches total (length + width + height) as a reference for a large item. Mobility devices and portable oxygen or respirators are never luggage fees.
A pet travels in a carrier and costs $25 each way. A service animal travels with you at no charge and does not require a carrier. A service animal is a dog trained to perform a task related to a disability; emotional support animals travel as pets.
Tips are optional and not included in your quoted fare. They may be added at booking during checkout, or after your trip via the link in your post-trip receipt email. 100% of tips go directly to your driver.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for any marketing or commercial purpose. We share your information only as strictly necessary to fulfill your booking — for example, providing your name and phone number to your assigned driver — or as required by law.
We retain booking records for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at sales@buffaloairportshuttle.com, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Our booking site uses cookies necessary for the site to function, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies that let us measure traffic, see which pages people use, and improve the booking experience; we may also use this measurement data to evaluate the performance of our own advertising. We do not sell this data, and we do not allow third parties to use it to advertise to you elsewhere. Google Maps is used for address autocomplete and route calculation.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@buffaloairportshuttle.com or call 877.750.2550.
Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC operates Buffalo Airport Shuttle, a private ground transportation service serving Buffalo Niagara International Airport, Niagara Falls, Toronto, and Western New York. We provide door-to-door, pre-booked transportation. We are not a rideshare service, taxi, or public carrier.
A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment processing and receipt of a confirmation email with a booking reference number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
New York law (V&T §1229-c) requires children under 8 to ride in an appropriate car seat or booster. We do not provide car seats. If a child under 8 arrives for pickup without an appropriate seat, we cannot provide transportation. Please plan ahead — bringing your own seat is the only way we can carry a child under 8. Which seat your child needs depends on their age:
For trips crossing the US-Canada border, passengers are solely responsible for possessing valid travel documents and complying with customs and immigration requirements. Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC is not responsible for border delays, denied entry, or document-related issues.
Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC carries commercial liability insurance as required by law. Our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our negligence. We are not liable for missed flights, missed appointments, or consequential damages resulting from traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in Erie County, New York.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles cost us more to operate, and that rate applies to the vehicle, not the passenger. We never charge anyone for using a ramp or lift, and an accessible booking is never priced higher than the same trip in the same class of vehicle. WAV service is available for passengers who use manual and folding wheelchairs.
Select "Wheelchair accessible vehicle" on the booking form. Every wheelchair-accessible booking is reviewed individually by our staff: complete the booking as normal and your card is authorized but NOT charged, then we call you to confirm the vehicle and discuss any specific needs. Your card is only charged once we have confirmed the trip with you. For multiple wheelchair passengers, please call us directly at 877.750.2550.
Tell us about any wheelchair, walker, or mobility scooter when you book so we can reserve the suitable vehicle; there is no charge for the device. We do not provide stretcher or medical-transport service. If you have questions about your specific needs, please call us at 877.750.2550 before booking.
Buffalo Niagara Transport LLC is committed to providing accessible, dignified transportation for all passengers. If you have specific accessibility needs not addressed here, please call us — we will do our best to accommodate you.
Late-arriving flight (your inbound flight is delayed): we’ll do our best to accommodate the new arrival time, but a pickup at the revised time is not guaranteed (driver/vehicle availability).
Late-departing flight (your outbound flight is delayed or changed after we’ve delivered you): that’s outside our control, and we are not financially responsible for missed or delayed departures.
