Payment

Buffalo Airport Shuttle operates door to door, by reservation only. Pricing is based on a mileage, depending on the specific requirements of your trip. There are no additional charges or added fees for things like tolls, bridge crossings, or traffic delays.

A standard reservation rate is based on one pick-up and one drop-off for your party. Additional stops on your route, including Duty Free stops at border crossings, may be accommodated upon request. Additional stops must be requested at the time of your reservation so that they can be scheduled and priced accordingly.

A standard reservation is a shared shuttle service that may be transporting other passengers traveling in the same direction at approximately the same time as your party. Private shuttles may be requested at time of reservation, and priced at respective rates.

Promptness is important to all our customers. Because your vehicle may be shared with other passengers, and because our drivers must adhere to carefully planned schedules, we respectfully require that all passengers are ready on time for scheduled pick-ups. Your quote is based on the assumption that your party will be ready for pick-up at the agreed upon time. Residential and hotel pick-ups allow for a five minute grace period, and after which time a $1 per minute fee will apply for parties late for pick-up. For all trips crossing the border, there will be a minimum $15 fee applied for any customers that are pulled in to secondary for any issues regarding testing, paperwork/documentation issues, or any other reason where the vehicle must be stopped. There will be a $1/min additional fee for any time over the first 15 minutes the vehicle is pulled over.

There is a $50 minimum for all trips. There is an additional charge of $30.00 (per vehicle) for any trips between 10:00PM and 6:00AM. For travelers with additional luggage (each passenger is allowed 2 standard size bags), musical instruments, oversize bags, sports equipment, etc., there is an additional $25.00 fee for each piece. There is a $25.00 fee for each animal. There is a mandatory 15% gratuity added to all reservations.

Group travel discounts are available for conferences, conventions and other special events. On-line reservations do not reflect group travel rates. Please call us at 716.685.2550 or toll free 877.750.2550 to learn more.

Economy shuttle service may be offered seasonally, such as special pricing for trips to the Chautauqua Institution. Additional terms may apply for economy service. Please see the section further below for additional details.

Driver gratuity (tip) is not included in the rate shown, and will be added to the reservation after you book the trip.

Payment is due upon booking the reservation, and any additional transportation charges will be put on the card at the time of service. A credit or debit card is required at the time of reservation. Fares paid with an international credit card are subject to an additional charge based on the exchange rate on the date of service.

Flight Delays

Please ensure any flight information provided is accurate, and please alert us as soon as possible if any changes are made. In the event of a flight cancellation, please notify us of any new flight information so your pick-up may be adjusted accordingly.

Please contact us immediately upon landing so that we can provide directions for pick-up. Ensure also at time of reservation, that we are provided an accurate telephone number for a mobile phone with appropriate local service that you will have with you, in the event we need to reach you.

Passengers that can not be contacted within 30 minutes of confirming their flight has landed will be considered a no-show, and the full fare amount will apply. Buffalo Airport Shuttle can not be held responsible if contact is not established during this time frame due to inaccurate flight or contact information provided by the customer.

Customs & Immigration

Random vehicle inspections and/or traffic delays at bridge crossings and during customs & immigration processing can occur. There is no additional fee for delays that are out of the control of both the customer and Buffalo Airport Shuttle. However, if delays occur due to passenger's improper or incomplete documentation, a minimum $15 fee and $1 per minute after the first 15 minutes delay applies.

Please plan ahead and review the information at U.S. Customs and Border Protection and/or Canada Border Services Agency websites, respectively. There are additional tips on our home page to ensure quick and easy processing at the border. The US/Canadian customs agents reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who does not have the proper documentation, and you will be charged full fare if you do not comply with these instructions.

If for any reason you know ahead of time that you may be stopped or delayed at the border, please notify us at the time of reservation so that we can schedule appropriately.
